I Beleivenin Second Chances for Individuals. Also, 30 Pool kid years is quite a long time for any Human Being to sit, lay, and sleep in one place.
With no windows to view the Sunshine to think even more about their Future and what’s ahead in life. I feel he has passed that mark and if he has shown great change in his surroundings as to where he now. From the Past is the Past and now is the Future. How can he ever have a future if he continues to live in the Past. Please release him back to Society, in the Community, with his Family and Friends where he Belongs. Lesson Learned; Timed Served.
