I vote no not for any other reason then I don't believe we have enough resources to help them out. We do have our own locals that needs help and they not getting it. I believe we should be accepting only two families if the whole of Australia were to accept refugees.

All politicians need to ask and listen to people, they are supposed to be our voice not their own.

The sheer number that you, Mr Brown, have pledged to take in is my problem. ..Our little towns are struggling !! We have businesses going down, hell west and crooked..do they get help ?? Charity begins at home Mr Brown...how about you help the people that voted you in !!!

The right thing to do would be to speak to the PEOPLE in person of the town's Chinchilla,Miles,Tara & Wondoan in regards 1500 Syrian Refugees

I do not believe our towns can cater for this massive amount of refugees. I do Not support Ray Browns decision.

I am not happy with this decision being made without community information or discussion. Ray Brown has obviously decided he wants to do this and is ready to get out of politics so doesn't care what everyone else thinks and doesn't care about the repercussions.
Surely someone of his experience should understand that people fear most what they don't understand and I for one are very confused and scared about the future. Perhaps a town meeting would assist in calming and educating the people you are elected to represent. Very, very disappointed in the way this has been handled.

Chinchilla and surrounds areas are already struggling. Small business are closing down all over the place. There is no help from the Government local nor state lets be honest. To be honest the area does not have the infrastructure nor the resources to house this many people who are going to have so many issues mentally physically and financially.
