Ravines’ Residents Special Meeting Request

I have additional concerns that the pool was closed all last year but the cost of our homeowners association payments did not decrease proportionately. Indeed it went up. Additionally there is damage caused my weather to one of the pillars of my garage entrance. And just because there was a subsequent accident a work order to have it repaired was closed. The work order still needed to be done and was pending for several months. This is clearly not good service.

I would like to know who and how are we to communicate to Towne Properties. I have emailed several questions I have not not received and response back. Emails sent to Kandance and Betty.

We are new to the area but do NOT want a dumpster!

I would like to attend the meeting.

I would like to see the pool open this summer.

A trash compactor would not be useful for residents who are disabled. And the snow removal was a joke!

If I have get house address I will stop over tomorrow between 4-5 and she can sign on my phone.

If you can tell be her house started I would be glad to stop by her house and let her sign the petition on my phone. Would be between 4-5 tomorrow afternoon.

Carolyn Milford would like to attend the meeting but has no computer at this time to sign petition. But she wants to sign the petition . She is 85 years old and cannot carry her trash to trash compactor or shovel her snow. Been her 16 years and her trim has been painted only once.

Concerned about trash compactor installation in phase two and receiving the services we pay for (snow removal). Also want to know when the gym/clubhouse/pool will be open. Lastly, when garage trim replacement will be coming since it was promised last year since the pool did not open.

I don't want any more trees cut down. Trees add to the beauty of our community and increase property value.

My husband Nate will also attend meeting when scheduled.

We need a meeting

I do not want a trash compactor across from my home or any of my neighbors. It would be unsightly and drive property values down, including smell and varmints and also increased traffic to the site. I purchased my unit do the location and the quiet, which would directly affect me and my neighbors.
