The Jagannath culture has been built on the foundation of tradition and faith over centuries. Diluting it or deviating in any way will thwart the belief of millions. While celebrating rath yatra is welcome, any believer including ISCON must conform to the tradition built around the temple at Puri. It's a matter of faith for millions of devotees.
