I strongly resent ISKCON celebrating the holy Ratha Jatra of Lord Jagannath on any day as per their convenience. They should stick to the scripture and celebrate it on the designated date. I join the innumerable devotees of Lord Jagannath in condemning this high handed approach of ISKCON.

While celebrating Mahaprabhu Jagannath Yatra through out the world is a welcoming step which help spread Jagannath sanskruti however it must follow the rituals and schedule as recommended by Puri Jagannath Dham. I can see plenty of alternatives are suggested and iskon choose not to follow any then it doesn't justify the supreme goal of Iskon. I support this petition not to stop but to rectify/correct the wrong doings.
