Ratha Yatra should be performed in the date as fixed by the Puri Temple Administration/Panji.

ISKCON should strictly follow the traditions of the Jagannath Temple, Puri, regarding Snana Purnima and Ratha Yatra celebrations. The GBC should carefully study the Skanda Purana and the established Jagannath traditions rather than relying solely on interpretations by iSCKON Gurus that permit Ratha Yatra to be conducted at any time of the year. The centuries-old practices of Sri Jagannath Temple deserve proper respect and adherence. Jai Jagannath!

Age old tradition must be respected. If you follow Lord Jagannath then you have to follow Jagannath temple’s rules & regulations without hitting religious beliefs of Odias

Ratha Jatra shouldnt be conducted randomly at any time. We can understand not always possible to do it on that particular day due to permissions but should be at least beween Ratha and Bahuda

Rathayatra is a holy festival and must be celebrate on the prescribed date as per jagannath panjika.deviation by other must be restricted
