I would have also signed if it had not closed already. I dispise ebooks!!! I have had them to many times including all my classes this qtr and also would prefer a regular textbook over an ebook anytime. I really hope we dont go to having only ebooks, even though i only have one qtr left then my internship i still dont like ebooks!!

I wanted to sign this but it closed before I could. I have created a blog supporting the right of students to choose between ebook or physical book at http://thestudentschoice.weebly.com/ and there is a new petition at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/rasmussen-colleges-give-students-a-chance-to-keep

I dislike e-books, with all the HIPAA laws, I cannot have my computer, tablet, phone open at my desk at work!! The physical book, I can open and read in between calls. This way I am able to get my homework done then be able to spend time with my kids when I get home.

I HATE E-BOOKS! Every quarter I have to go through the process of returning the e-books and getting normal , physical books. I understand they want to be tech savvy and environmentally friendly. But some of us don't/can't use e-books. To me they are a waste of time, and incredibly annoying. I also don't always have internet access so I can't access the books. There is no way I would pay out of pocket money that I don't have to buy books for school. If they seriously do this than I'm seriously going to reconsider switching schools.

I do not learn well from eBooks. also they are a problem for me. I have no wi-fi capability where I work. the building blocks cell phones, wi-fi, and anything computerized or electronic from recieving or sending in the building. I do not have the money for a laptop presently so i have to have a physical text book to take with me to be able to read my book assignments on my down time at work. I work alot of hours and will not be able to get online to do my homework if theire are eBooks. Please do not go to eBooks.

Screens are hard on the eyes. Hard copies make better reference and study items. I want the $$ from "buying books" that is automatically taken out on my tuition removed if i have to use a computer for them. There is no free wifi so having a physical books makes it easier for the students who use internet cafes to study at all hours of the day.

Being Spanish my first language I know how dificult it is to read and understand a subject specially that I have to do it few time before I really understand. Having e-book would it will make it more dificult to understand for the simple reason that is not going to be available at all times unless I have a computer in front of me. I love to have physical books because I can look back on any subject as a reference. Please continue with physical book we pay for our education we should have the choice to choose our preference.

I do not like the ebook when i can i always order the physical book. I like to be able to just bring the book instead of my computer everywhere.

I personally prefer eBooks, but I think if others prefer physical books they should have that option. Whatever helps a student to learn, right?

I have given E-books a chance, but I just don't like them. I can't afford an e-reader or a higher data plan. When I am on my computer I can't concentrate on reading. I also would like a physical copy to keep for future reference. I am considering switching schools if e-books are Rasmussens future.

I want to one day have a little library in my apartment so that I can do reference to my physical text book. So we should be allowed to choose between ebooks and physical book when registering our class, PLEASE.

If I wreck my comp, I will not be able to read up for any assignment. This is something a book gives students the advantage.

I think there should be an option on how we choice our books. I personally rather have the physical book. I personally have a difficulty time reading the ebooks, and from my experience, I have done much better in the courses, I have taken that provided physical books. Give the student the choice!

I do not like ebooks, It is hard for me to focus on them. I like having the book to hold in my hands, that may sounds werid but that is the way i like it. I dont like that they took that away from us. Not everyone has a kindle or a device to carry around ebooks.
