This is a valuable small business that should be helped to stay in town!

The town should be motivated to keep this business alive and well. This is sad and frustrating.

As an Acton resident for over 20 years I'm tired of legitimate, progressive businesses being held back by the Town. The town needs to help itself and its residents by moving forward to support vibrant, creative, forward thinking businesses that enhance the experience of living in the town. Why does this town have a need to make it so difficult for small businesses to thrive and be successful? Isn't the hospitality industry facing enough challenges on their own without being held back by small stuff like this? This parking is a necessity for this business to survive, what's the big deal? What's up Acton?

Another example of how town infrastructure is not sufficiently evolving with the population. We love this restaurants for our family of five, for date nights, for getting together with friends, and for entertaining our extended out-of-town family. Please do the right thing and stop the bureaucracy! We've already got way too many empty storefronts in this town.

Sounds crazy not to let them have additional parking on land they already own. Common sesse should rule here.

I encourage the Town to work proactively with the hood folks at Rapscallion and approve the common-sense solution of a variance for parking on their own property. Rapscallion creates jobs, revenue, and a draw to Acton from surrounding towns. The variance is a win-win. Please take advantage of it!

Rapscallion is a locally owned, community minded, generous establishment and is exactly the kind of business/restaurant that Acton, or any town, should work to keep in place.
