As a resident of East Acton, my family is extremely grateful to have Rapscallion in the vicinity and don't want them to feel forced from the community by this obstacle. It seems to be both a safety issue as well as affecting their capacity. Please grant this variance Town of Acton - it seems to carry little risk but lots of positive benefits!

Let them expand, Acton. There is no reason to harm this business this way, and their ridiculous parking situation makes the town look shabby and bad.

I would think a gravel parking lot would be appropriate given the antique atmosphere of the building. Town of Acton...approve this for the safety of the patrons!

Rapscallion's is a fantastic restaurant and asset to the community. They stuck it out through covid and provided people like me great meals to take home. Please allow these awesome owners to stay in business by allowing additional parking spaces on their land.

The town needs to go to bat for our small businesses. If Rapscallion is allowed to fail because of an old bylaw, it means less people coming to Acton spending money.
