Parking on their own lot should be allowed. It’s nonsense to deny this

There is no reason to not allow additional parking on this property for this business.

We love Rapscallion, but the parking is impossible. Please make it possible for Rapscallion to stay in business by letting them provide parking for their customers!!

Rapscallion is truly a gem and so very special. This is a reasonable request and does not hurt the existing property or neighborhood. We hope the town will assist with this request so that this local restaurant can continue to thrive.

Please allow this popular family-owned business to provide additional parking on their own property. They need to provide expanded parking in order to stay in business. If not, the Town of Acton will lose an excellent dining establishment, along with valuable employment opportunities for locals.

To force Rapscallions, one of if not the most popular restaurants in the town, out of business over a parking issue that has a simple solution is short sighted and shows no support for the small business owners on the community. The popularity of Rapscallions is due to the history of its building and exceptional outdoor seating. It’s nearly I impossible to replicate those. There is already too much vacant retail space along Great Road, so why force the closure of a successful one? Concord already lost their Rapscallions, now Acton will too at the hands of the town. That will be poor community support.

If you own the land, you should be allowed to utilize the space.

The parking lot will not be impervious, which is great for the aquifer and parking will only be overflow (if needed).

Not sure why a business can’t use their own property in this manner. You want town business and the taxes that are generated but won’t do anything to help? You’re forcing a small business to close their doors
