We, the citizens of the Philippines and/or Filipino citizens abroad, petition e-Games Phils Inc. (RAN ONLINE) to give us a responsible, fair and just gaming experience. Server access at times become unstable, lagged or disconnected. Game Masters' unjust actions results in denied access on certain accounts due to the fact; the account is tagged as a duplicator, hacker or have more than (a certain amount) in-game gold / premium items on the account. These actions might be baseless (for some) since there are conducted proper investigation nor proper communication with the users of the said account.
