This is a petition to have the newco of Glasgow Rangers to be forced to apply for an SFL licence and re-enter in division 3. Ever since Glasgow Rangers had entered administration back in February, more and more has been unearthed that has shocked Scottish football and will leave it's mark on the history of Scottish football forever. In June 2012 it was announced that Glasgow Rangers were to be liquidated and that a Newco would buy all assets belonging to the Oldco. The SPL, SFL & SFA have all been cautious in given out maximum punishment due to the financial predicament that it would place them in. SPL clubs have voted against having the Newco in the SPL and now the governing bodies are trying to blackmail all SFL clubs and get get the Newco in the first division. Members of the SFL have already objected to this but it seems that the SFA are going to force this move or create an SPL2 and automatically place the Newco in this league. This is a petition to have the Newco enter the leagues back in the correct way and start again in the lowest division.
