On April 17,2012 RANDOLPH WADDY was riding his motorcycle.when the back tire of his bike was hit by a Paterson Auxillary truck which resulted in his death. the city truck fled the scene of the crime and did not wait for police to respond.now city official's are saying the victim lost control of his bike. but witnesses say other wise that the victim was hit by city truck.the victims family along with the community wants to know. when will the city worker be charged with leaving the scene of a crime? as well as causing the death of the victim.
