THEY FLED THE SCENE??? How is that even allowed. Witnesses saw it happen so stop lying to the family.
Poor guy. You cant just hit a person on a bike and drive off. Disgusting.
This is a cover up plain and simple. Randolph deserves justice and that driver needs to face the law for running away.
Total bs. Paterson needs to step up and stop protecting their own. My heart goes out to the Waddy family.
Where is the accountability for city workers? If I hit someone and left I would be in jail. Why are they special?
