Ranch Place Open Space Committee
Recently the Ranch Place HOA President has made a decision to dissolve the Open Space Committee we started up three years ago. This committee was created to bring greater awareness to the Conservation Common Areas, their permissible use in keeping with the CC&R’s, and help manage the issue with invasive noxious weeds.
As a separate initiative we proposed to explore and test pilot the feasibility of introducing a mix of native plants, wildflowers, and grasses in addition to the Smooth Brome and Cheat Grass which is the predominant plant species covering the 115 acres of ‘Conservation Common Areas’ (open space) within our 220 acre community. That said, the introduction of native plants and wildflower into the ‘Conservation Common Areas’ isn't without its challenges, however we believe that we have a viable solution that will result in a successful effort and wise use of HOA funds.
If you agree that the Ranch Place Open Space Committee should remain as a viable organization, please sign this petition.
