Cleveland Heights needs to raise speed limits on Coventry Rd. between Fairmount (or even further South) + Cedar (not the busy shop block) to 35mph and also Mayfield Rd. should be 35mph. There are always police there catching people for speeding but there is no reason for these areas to be 25mph. Police should be doing more useful things. If the city needs money and that is why it's issuing so many tickets, perhaps a slight increase in tax could be passed, but the speed limits slow down commutes and irritate citizens, and are therefore bad for the economy, overall.
