This is a petition to increase the US Budget for Science from $29.7B (0.78% of total budget) to $426B (11.2% of total budget). Raising the federal budget for science would be beneficial in that it would accelerate the development of artificial intelligence, robotics, and wireless power transfer technology, and, ultimately, the creation of an Automated Economy.
