I spend hours every day driving this route and the current limit feels completely out of touch with how traffic actually flows. People keep messaging me with their own stories about being stuck in this bottleneck and it confirms my belief that we deserve better infrastructure.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms I am not the only one frustrated by the daily crawl on 465. It feels incredible to see so many of you finally acknowledging that the current restrictions are completely outdated.

55mph is too damn slow! It only makes sense to keep 55mph if your just trying to get the revune from the tickets cause nobody goes 55mph
Raise the speed limit on 465. The current speed limit of 55 mph is dangerously slow and no one does it, not even police officers.
I agree the speed should be higher but 90% of the people driving also need to take a driving class because they have no idea how to drive
This speed limit should have been changed a long time ago. Nobody does 55 on that Interstate, and if you do it actually creates an accident risk.
If you raise it ..it would not be so congestion besides that people aren't doing the speed limit anyway
Safe is the way to travel. I can't drive 55.
The sleep should be about 65...

I would like to add my name to this petition in agreement with you about raising the speed limit up sum on I-465. But i feel if you think it should be raised then why not on I-65???
