I would like to inform that for every construction of house are building the local bodies i.e., panchayath or municipality are collecting donation for inkudu gunth donation but they are not digging. I am afraid that where are these amounts going or the government did not have much time to look after this valuable aspect of rain harvesting and i stringgly think that this is only to boast.
