We the undersigned oppose the building of 111 residential properties on green belt land south of Monmouth Road, Raglan. We believe that if that if this scale of development were to go ahead this would drastically and detrimentally affect village life. This development would increase the current number of properties in Raglan by 25%, a figure which is not supported by our current infrastructure and amenities, and which is not included in Monmouthshire's local development plan.
