I am Bryan Angcog a legal age and a Filipino citizen, humbly asking the ICC to release Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, he was detained and kidnapped by Marcos administration and not giving due process before handing to ICC in Netherlands. It was unlawful arrest without due process! For me the Drug war was successful as it save many law abiding citizen!

Rodrigo Duterte is innocent since guilt is personal, send him back to the Philippines because we do have our own supreme court! This arrest is clearly politicizing, they have violated the rome statute article 59. This will be a ground for all over the world to say that ICC is no longer credible!
