The Marcos Jr. administration and the International Criminal Court (ICC) have failed to uphold the rule of law, denying due process and violating fundamental rights. As seen in live footage, numerous legal and human rights violations were committed, showing clear disregard for the local judiciary and, most importantly, disrespecting the Filipino people. Moreover, the ICC failed to follow its own legal framework, undermining the principles of justice it claims to uphold. Its actions disregarded due process, sovereignty, and fairness, raising serious concerns about its credibility and impartiality. The Marcos Jr. administration is blatantly robbing us of our dignity, rights, and sovereignty as Filipinos, especially by depriving former President Rodrigo Duterte, his family, and his lawyers of their fundamental rights. During President Duterte’s administration, we were safer, prouder, and more secure as Filipinos. He fought relentlessly against criminality, corruption, and the drug menace, restoring law and order in our our country. His strong leadership uplifted the nation, brought progress, and ensured the protection of law-abiding citizens. His government prioritized public safety, economic growth, infrastructure development, and the welfare of ordinary Filipinos. Now, we are witnessing the unjust persecution of a leader who dedicated his life to serving the country. This injustice will not be forgotten. We will continue to bear witness and share this truth with future generations. Justice, fairness, and the rights of the people must prevail.

We call for the immediate release of our former President Rodrigo Duterte and to bring him home safe to the Philippines. He was detained and brought to Netherlands/ICC and was not afforded due process under article 59 of the ICC Rome statue. He was a great leader of our country and has had helped reduced the worsening drug situation with millions of drug pushers and users rehabilatated during his administration. We urge the ICC to respect the Philippines sovereign decision to withdraw from its jurisdiction.

In my entire 35 years of life I only feel safe in his term of Presidency. I am once molested by a family member. Which only my bestfriend knew about it and now I'm letting you know this. My parents didn't know or any from my family. In the time of presidency of FPRRD my hope for the security of the kids in the Philippines became so high because he ensured that the crime rates went down. He was loved before, we love him until now and we will remeber and love him forever. Thank you so much.
