Everything stated in this petition are all facts! We are Filipinos for nothing, and President Rodrigo Duterte is known and called as "Tatay Digong" which means Father/Dad Digong as his pet name, by all Filipinos. Why? Because we all look up him not because he is the President but because he is the Father/Dad/Dada/Papa/Ama/Itay of all Filipino. We are all his children that whatever he says, we listened and we follow his orders/house rules because we know that it is for our own safety and well-being. We love Tatay Digong so much, for he showed us how to be respected and not to be undermined by others specially by other nationals because he believe that we are all equal in the eyes of God and in the eyes of mankind, he showed the world that our country can prosper and once again be a livable place because we are also human and most specially we are important too, and lastly Tatay showed and thought us to be kind,to unite as one and always adhere to all laws where ever we may be in. Now, we are all in rage because once in his life he fought for all of us, now its our turn to fight for him and bring back the glory we have since he fixed and change the whole nation, by bringing him back to our motherland, Philippines!

After I was taken hostage in a robbery in Gatchalian Subdivision, Las Piñas, in 2007, I did not go out even once for several months—until we went back home to Davao City, where FPRRD was serving as mayor in his second term. For the first time again, I felt safe and protected, knowing that evil people such as criminals did not dare to act because they were afraid of our mayor.
I could walk safely on a dark street. I could travel back and forth from Toril to the University of Mindanao, feeling safe even while napping on the jeepney. Even taxi drivers there would give you your every centavo in change because, according to them, it was part of Duterte’s policy.
You would never see any tables, chairs, tents, vehicles, or any other government-owned property branded with the name Duterte. Even the park there is called “The People’s Park” because, why not? The money used to build it was the people’s money, so he gave credit to the people.
Those who love nightlife would be bored there because there was a curfew in Davao, and these nightlife establishments closed at 12 midnight—for everyone’s safety, especially minors. During Christmas and New Year, you could only use alternative props to create noise, as firecrackers and fireworks were prohibited for safety reasons to avoid accidents.
It was a safe, clean, and peaceful city under Duterte’s governance. He did exactly the same when he became president.

Dear Madam/Sir I would like to petition to brought back the former president to face the due process on my homeland Philippines,the present government brought him to The Hague in a forcible way.I believe in your fair and best justice in world,Duterte just follow what he promised because at that time during his presidency the criminals are everywhere mostly because of drugs,I can justify that myself is nearly rape by my addict relatives and my younger sister too.You can’t blame us why we love the way he handle the situation during his time,we becoming a narco politics.Please we are humbly pleasing you to listen to our voice and investigate further not this bias media or people,he is the only president I who gave us equal justice and rights
