He was the reason that women and children can walk the streets without fear of being raped, molested and killed. Do not interfere on things that you don't understand!

To the ICC, Kindly bring back our beloved Former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte (FPRRD) to the Philippines since the due process was not followed and he was deprived of his rights when he was unlawfully arrested when he just arrived in the Philippines from his travel to Hong Kong. The arresting officers did not even provide him with proper medical care, deprived him of his legal counsel and basically violated Article 59 section 2,3 of the ICC’s own arrest procedures! You may refer to various posts and video reels of my fellow countrymen. By the way, I have been born and raised in Davao City during the time FPRRD was Mayor in our town and I can honestly say what the Western Media and mainstream media here in the Philippines keep on portraying about or beloved FPRRD is truly a FALSE narrative. Without him, and his firm leadership of Davao City we could not have slept safely in our homes or safely walked in the streets at night since back in those days we would usually hear about drug related abuses (rape, theft, murder, etc.) mostly in the National Capital Region, especially in Metro Manila. For us Davaoenos, we felt so safe and privileged to have a strong leader in then Mayor Duterte who would defend our rights and safety and liberty against those criminals. Even more so when he was elected President in the Philippines from 2016-2022. Former President Duterte really tried his best to lead our country and even replicated the best practices that were done in our town of Davao City as a model of what could be applied to the entire Philippines as a whole. Such as the Central 911 - that was only in Davao City but when he became the President here in the Philippines he tried his best that all emergencies would be reported to a central 911 hotline (where it could be applied). Do you know how crucial that is for a country such as ours??? Why would you the ICC only hear about one side of the story? Why only the lives of those who were the ones perpetrating the crimes? What a

We are not Filipinos for nothing! Former President Duterte is a well-loved leader in the Philippines. He made the country safe for us. He saved our once-drug-addict relatives from being lost to us completely. While thousands of addicts and innocents were dead from the anti-drug campaign, millions were rehabilitated and saved. Other people would never understand this unless one of your loved ones became an addict, or you and someone you knew became a victim of the addicts who were roaming freely in the streets and casually selling prohibited drugs like candies around your neighborhood. The war on drugs may have been flawed, but it has brought a huge positive change in the Philippines; that's why we are very grateful that we had a decisive President who ruled with an iron fist, especially during the pandemic. I stand with Former President Duterte. We are praying for his safe return. God save the Philippines!

During the War on Drugs, former President Rodrigo R. Duterte and his administration saved countless lives and even established Drug Rehabilitation Centres for those who turned themselves in. People, especially foreign visitors, can wander on the streets in safety even if they come across crimes like theft or assault. He gave practically every Filipino and their family a safe haven in the country. Major tourist attractions including El Nido and Boracay were restored. Additionally, compared to previous administrations, disaster management was significantly better. President. During his tenure, Duterte and his Cabinet also carefully examined budget allocation and gave top priority to the Department of Education's and the Department of Health's activities and initiatives that benefit the majority of Filipinos. However during President Ferdinand Marcos Jr, use of illicit drugs are rampant. Some of the illicit drug users upload video in their social media accounts. Many illicit drug-associated crimes such as theft, assault, rape, and murder occur during the day and even at night, and yet not all of them are covered by the mainstream media. Pres. Marcos as well as House Speaker condone countless instances of corruption inside the government. Issues arised on 2025 GAA, major departments like Health and Education did not receive the proper funding as stipulated in Philippine Constitution. No sustainable programs of livelihood given to Filipinos who belongs Poverty and Low Income earners to uphold their daily living.
