Seeing this community rally for the RAD Sunset project is deeply moving for me because I know just how desperate the need for housing has become in Venice. This momentum proves that many of us want a future where our neighbors can afford to stay here. We have real energy behind us now as we push to get this housing built.

Finally some progress for our neighborhood. Stop blocking new homes!
The sunset and main spot has been empty forever. Let them build it already.
My rent is insane and we need places for people to actually live. Support this project please.

Venice needs more housing options now. This project fits the area perfectly and brings better energy to sunset.
