I am honestly getting so many messages about these glitch users in pinks it is making my head spin because how are they even still doing it when so many of us are clearly losing everything we worked for. I spent all night recording video evidence of the lag spikes and weird timing issues so I can hopefully get a real person at the company to actually look at what is happening instead of just sending those automated replies again.

Seeing all these names show up makes me realize I am definitely not the only one getting robbed by these glitchers in pinks. It feels good to know that so many of you are just as fed up as I am with losing cars to people who obviously aren't playing fair because the developers just refuse to fix the code.

I'm out several hundred dollars on this game. The customer support keeps sending generic responses that are of ZERO help and it basically says, oh well. I've provided screen shots and they said thanks for reporting the bug but unfortunately we're unable to replace lost cars.... What? Geee thanks guys. How do we know it's not THEM doing it to syphone more money from us? That's what I am starting to think because of how they are handling this.
Please do something about this glitch. I know it was originally put into place to "protect" us from hackers. It's supposed to read any suspicious or abnormalities in game but it's actually turned into something people can utilize at will. Meaning when they lose it glitches to tie. When that same person wins they win. Instead of the option to tie which you guys set in motion to protect us. Why not end them( those using a third party software to hack)
Lost hundreds of $$
Quit playing the game after they "lost" my account of 4 yrs. Hate to admit but, thousands of dollars down the drain.

I won over 50 maxed class R cars for pinks which resulted in a tie from this glitch/cheat/hack. It has taken a serious toll on my garage due to fouls and losses, with much less wins due to the tie cheat. It has totally ruined the game. I am fed up!
