We've lost everything, we need all the help we can get! I'm sure if this was your home it would have be declared yesterday.

Your province is on fire, tens of thousands of people have fled their homes, and thousands everyday Albertans are sending convoys to stranded evacuees with fuel, water and food. And on top of that, Albertans have to demand you declare a state of emergency?? What is wrong with you!!

Seriously? We have to sign petitions to have the NDP Stunned Rep Rachel Notely or Knothead, declare a state of emergency??? How many people have lost everything?? Let's remember it wasn't Rachel here, with 30 mins to pack up her belongings (that mattered) round up your kids (in areas that yu cudn't get to and hoped someone else got them to safety), while working tried to get to your Fur Babies, that some folks were not allowed to go get???? The rate of devestation endured shud not render us to sign a petition to a ridiculous individual let alone a government that is off somewhere supporting Climate Change, aquiring raises???? Seriously shame on yu idiots!!! As for some who pay an extremely high tax bracket (won't mention what Fort McMurray contributes to the Canadian economy). Shame on the lot!!! Pierre supported Mission Schools and the nature, with low regard to people in general. And here we are! I will sign this petition, yet as a Canadian High Tax payer to accentuate this political party, you show such a disgrace. To see Rachel coming to Ft McMurray if safe to travel today??? Seriously putting us in the "Line of Fire", lives at stake", let alone the financial contribution this community produces. Shame on the idiocy, we have seen and we are petitioning for State of Emergency? Woah!

Fort McMurray was my home for two years and it still owes a huge part of my heart. To see it getting burned to the ground with very little being done to stop it is devastating. It's time to declare a state of emergency and bring in the help the town needs.
