I'm a handicapped racing photographer for the JAYHUSKER Racing Series and the Belleville Highbanks in kansas. I guess race promoters out here have hearts and care for ALL race fans.

As the promoter / owner of Boone Speedway, your employees carry out your rules and policies... I have heard from others that this isn't the first incident that a disabled person was treated unfairly... I was not impressed the past times I attended races the, and this seals my resolve to not return and not bring my family there... You forget that without fans you have no business.... The incident should never have happened...

I understand his actions if he thought her safety was a concern but obviously that isn't it if she's sat in the same spot all season long. On top of that how wouldn't a promoter have handicap accessible seating areas this far along?
