I am a parent of a handicapped child and it's very hard to do things when he can't do anything. He shouldn't have to be stuck at home and feel the way he does because of people like that man!

Federal ADA regulations are in place for a reason....so there is no discrimination against Americans with disabilities......someone should be criminally punished here!!

With all the chaos, going on in the world, between forest fires wiping out businesses and homes and loss of life for families due to fires or firefighters, to the threat of terrorist acts only God knows where and when the next act will be to distraught Americans taking aim at innocent people or our Policemen, Sheriffs etc. I can't believe this is even an issue, much less the mess it has now become over stupidity, yes stupidity and not having any care or compassion for someone who simply wanted to watch a race. As someone who has been a avid race fan for many, many years, this is just so wrong on so many levels. The young people who love going to the races much less anyone else who has racing in their blood whether they're a family member of a racing team or just another avid fan should not be treated so poorly, when you add the fact that's its someone with a disability, you've had just added fuel to the fire. So yes the proprietor should be removed. Your so-called on line apology does nothing.

Was not a safety issue just moving them so other people could see hmmmm move the other people .Even tho they did,nt have a problem with her being there ...why dont you build a ramp system and area just for wheelchairs and handicapped people like adams county/corning iowa speedway..might eliminate a law suit but maybe you just dont care anyway.

My uncle was a race promoter for many many years and he would be ashamed and totally embarrassed this happened. Racing is all about family and this gentleman obviously knows nothing about that !!!

And this is the world we are leaving our kids and grand kids. Kindness, compassion, respect. I was raised outside, not glued to the tv, or spending endless hrs blowing heads off ppl in a video game. We new our community. Most all, we respected our elders. You sir, are a part of the problem. I think it's time to find a better solution
