Richard Uwimana is scheduled to be bldeported next week on Wednesday only to reunite with the people he run from in first place -those who hacked his family in 1994 Genocide against Tutsi. At the sametime, some of the mastermind of that are atrocities are looming freely in Canada, enjoying federal government protection against their extradition to face justice.
