Although we understand the statute of limitations, that should not be an excuse for Robert Kelly. He has to deal with the consequences for his actions! He should not be able to get away with what he has done.

Its sick how he keeps walking free while those women suffered for years. Justice needs to be served even if its late. He belongs in a cell.
