We, the undersigned, agree that the proposed naming of Bremerton’s 4th Street, between Washington Avenue & Pacific Avenue, as Quincy Jones Way will be a credit to our community and its history. The official naming of this area of Bremerton will honor the legacy of Quincy Jones and our connection with his life’s work. The establishment and development of Quincy Square on Quincy Jones Way will help us create a cultural, music and arts center and re-energize our downtown, a project that Quincy Jones is “honored and humbled” by. We encourage the City of Bremerton to join us and take the official step to rename 4th Street as Quincy Jones Way. Your support here will be brought to the Mayor and City Council of Bremerton to officially change the name to Quincy Jones Way. We plan on submitting this to the City of Bremerton by the end of August.

I'm in full support of the street name change to Quincy Jones. I was born in Bremerton and I frequently visit as I have family there. Both sides of my grandparents migrated from the south after WWII for a better way of life, to escape Jim Crow laws and to work in the Puget Naval Shipyard. They're lives were enriched.
Pride of place is one the greatest things that a city can have - I totally support this wonderful reminder about the talent and artistry of Quincy Jones and Bremerton cultivates and celebrates.
Quincy Jones Way would be a wonderful tribute to Quincy. It sparks a good story for Q's history here and aligns with the vision for Quincy Square.
Quincy Jones Way is the appropriate name for that portion of 4th Street that has been designated to honor the legacy of Quincy Jones. Let's not wait until "Q" passes away to honor him and his history in Bremerton.
As Center Stage of Quincy Square the Roxy Bremerton Foundation is fully supportive of the renaming of 4th Street to Quincy Jones Way!

I was born and raised in Bremerton and spent 10 years in the music business. I was so happy to learn that Quincy Jones was connected to my home town.
I'm in full support of the street name change to Quincy Jones. I was born in Bremerton and I frequently visit as I have family there.
