PLEASE!! My windows rattle every time a train goes by. it is constant noise pollution for everyone living near the tracks.
The train horns at 3am are ridiculous. I cant get a full nights sleep and neither can my kids. enough is enough already.

Finally someone is doing something about this. dekalb ave is a nightmare with the noise literally all day and night.
