This is a petition to modify, fix or trash the algorithm that is currently being used to set up who receives call or chat sessions for Supportspace experts. It is not a fair system for those waiting for calls for hours or days while some sign in and receive calls instantly. We have been told that the algorithm is supposed to give grace in that you do not stay at the bottom long but once you are at the bottom of the queue you may never move back up.
