This line should have never been abandoned. I know it was a different mind set years ago, Jamaica El is a good example. The fact that the right of way is completely there, and not used, is ridiculous. Woodhaven Blvd. has gotten ridiculous, and isn't going to get better.

I REMEMBER GOING TO PENN STATION IN LESS THAN 25 MINUTES FROM HOWARD BEACH STATION BACK IN 1940'S-- WITH TODAYS SPEED TRAINS YOU COULD GET THERE EVEN FASTER

The abandoned ROW is a treasure that should be revived. Imagine the cost of building a new grade-separated line for that distance in an urban setting. Most of the work has already been done

I live on Beach 28th St travel to Brooklyn 6 days a week I feel that the entire Rockaway Line needs serious upgrades mainly stations
