difficult spot you are in if people keep disrespecting the place. But shutting down doesn't seem like a very good solution

The closure of a natural treasure like Mt Warning, on the basis of one opinion on one piece of racial superstition, is racist by definition.

If littering is a problem then organise a clean up day. There can't be much litter carted up to the top.

I love hiking this track. I have bought numerous international friends to witness the beauty and challenge of the walk and the view it affords from the summit. Its such a shame for this track to be closed.
