Let’s keep it open. We can show the traditional owners and the beautiful area our respect and keep it open for all to share.

I love climbing Mt Warning and have never disrespected the mountain. I also took my 8 year old up there in 2019 and she loved it too. Do not shut the mountain please.

I have climbed Mount Warning since I was a child and it would be very sad to see this experience disappear for future generations.

How many other tholeiitic andesites are around for us to view and enjoy. Don't let it become a threatened species like the arkose of the Centre

Mount Warning track has been accessible for many generations. The rock path has not been worn away. With some safety upgrades, I can see no reason to close the track now???? Shame on the NSW Government for considering closing the track.....

Climbing Wollumbin is an incredibly special venture that everyone should be able to experience. Would the government prefer that our children sit on a couch and play video games? Our young people need to be outdoors and exercising and Mt Warning provides a great incentive to do so. Keep it open!

The walking trail has been a feature to experience for many years. I want my grandkids to be able to experience it in the same manner that I do. I’m born and bred on the Gold Coast and I have as much respect for the land as any of the traditional indigenous folk. How will anyone learn why they need to respect the land if they can’t experience it
