Top of QA needs something. Wish they would just make the steep hill at Rogers Park an off leash area. All they need to do is put up a fence. And many dog owners already use as off leash area. Kids don’t play there b/c it’s a steep hill, not the right conditions for running. Wasted space

Seattle is home to thousands of dog owners, and Queen Anne maybe the most. A dog-park would be a boon for the neighborhood to say the least, and is absolutely necessary.
