1)I respect a woman's choice to use her maiden name, her married name, or a hyphenated name, as she sees fit. Your children can have a hyphenated name, or a single last name. That is the choice of the parents.
2) We are told to not worry as we can use our married name socially. I want it on record that I try to do exactly this, and it is not easy. The married last name either does not stick because other people refuse to address me as such, or it causes problems when your i.d. doesn't match.

In Quebec we deserve the freedom and right to choose our family name.

I want to have the same family name as my children. Let me change my name!
