To USPS Postmaster - Longmont 80504:

The US Postal Service is failing the families of Quail Crossing in Longmont. We are plagued daily by some combination of these chronic problems:

Mail delivered to wrong address
Undelivered / missing mail
Delayed delivery of mail
Delayed and no delivery of Time Sensitve Express mail

These regular issues are not acceptable. We the under-signed residents of Quail Crossing demand a resolution to this failure, to include:

1. A dedicated USPS mail delivery person with whom we can have a relationship and conduit to the Longmont Postmaster and

2. A public meeting at a convenient evening hour with the Postmaster to obtain a commitment of quality service going forward AND to introduce the dedicated delivery person to our community.
