Dear Blizzard Entertainment Paris, We, the players of the European realm Quel'thalas, are requesting one to two days of free play time to compensate for the extreme case of down time our realm has been experiencing since patch 3.0.2 was released 15-10-2008. 19-10-2008 our realm went down around 15:00 server time and as I write this at 22:00, it is still down. This is due to the patch 3.0.2 not being fully tested prior to its release and thus has caused this whole mess, resulting in bad cases of lag spikes, server crashes, getting stuck at loading screens, not being able to log in or out and instances not loading. Also, the timing for Hallow's End couldn't have been worse. Because of this we're all missing out on having fun with this event and for those of us who are interested, which I imagine is almost everyone, are missing out on getting achievements done. This issue could have been avoided if the patch was more thoroughly tested before being released. While we understand you want us to have new content to mess with so that we don't get too bored as we wait for the new expansion, it doesn't help to give us buggy content and server crashes and down time.
