I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the way everyone has rallied around this idea. It feels like the momentum is truly building now and that belongs entirely to the people who cared enough to get behind this.

i remember cookes from the sixties when my mum and nan used to go round and buy live eels just love the place and pie eeels mash and liquour
We had a Cookie at our club a while ago, and we all loved him, we will love Cookie No 2 just as much. Let's get Mike Boughton and Tony Fernandes talking. Could be the best signing you've ever made Tony, go for it.

Been going to Cooke's since a kid (now 41) and even now when I go back it brings back happy memories of people no longer with us. Can we really lose our history !
