I graduated in 1995, my experience at QOP has given me a lifetime of knowledge, values the young women I was in school with where more than school mates , they are my sisters. I have nothing but, great memories .

Knowing my mom graduated from this school and made her the person she is today saddens both her and I to hear it closing. However, the current enrolled students should be allowed to finish out their catholic education years at peace because it will be harder for them than for all those who have a year left or already graduated from QoP.

My daughter has grown in so many ways with her education here at Queen of Peace. She is an amazing student. Her time well spent! She is apart of what this school teaches young women to become. Academically and with her sports. She is very deserving to be able to finish out her last year here. We need our children to complete their time in a rewarding, enriching environment on the grounds for what this school stands for. I hope that this envision can be fulfilled for her as well as the remaining classes after her.

Why weren't the alumni and friends provided notice to help prevent this closure? Allow us to join with you to help Queen of Peace remain open.

It is only fair that the voices of the students and their parents are heard especially since this news is so abrupt.

These girls deserve to graduate as women of peace with their friends. Find the funding. Make it happen.

Necessary and meaningful for the girls left and the whole QP community. Love, an MMC Alum that supports.

Obviously if the community feels this strongly, there are great reasons behind it!

Save this school. With women's issues so at the forefront, why would you close the one school who is closest to empowering young women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

I just graduated in May 2016. I transferred to Queen of Peace in my junior year when my high school, Mount Assisi Academy closed at the end of my sophomore year. I absolutely know how the underclass girls feel. At Queen of Peace, I made new friends and experienced new challenges. I don't want to lose another home. I love the best times I've had at this school. We are QoP.
