He doesn't deserve to be treated like this just because it's has an icon like that. You still see Minecraft and Jarasic World getting downloaded so what's the problem here.

Idk guess I'm bipolar , one it's Google's company and they allow u to make a free account , and if it's as little as a icon issue it still is copyright how'd u feel if someone did it to u, but then again if it's something as little as a icon then your whole account is terminated I don't think that's very reasonable, at least give you one try or create something before publishing the app , it's A okay.
