It is reported the QinetiQ CEO received £1.3M and CFO received £0.6M in bonuses in 2011.
This petition is for the QinetiQ Executive Team to only receive bonuses and pay increases if the Company performance improves in the following circumstances:
1) QinetiQ's UK head count increases by 200 staff per annum without acquistions or mergers of other Companies from each year end
2) There is 3% growth in QinetiQ share price per annum from each year end
