As you are aware, the GB3PZ amateur radio repeater has been plagued by, amongst others, a particular unlicensed individual for many Months. Through lack of action by yourselves, you are effectively allowing him / them to continue to prevent licensed operators using it. Most licensed users of GB3PZ are now very frustrated by the lack of any help from Ofcom in this matter. Action is long overdue, and an example needs to be made, to prevent copycat abusers. The repeater keeper has invested a considerable sum in the development of what was once a very popular repeater, which is now in danger of becoming a white-elephant.
The address of the most prolific abuser has been located, and provided to yourselves some Months ago. I / We ask you to take action now! G0KLD
The sheer number of people backing this shows that Ofcom can no longer hide behind their pathetic excuses for inaction. These bureaucrats need to understand that the community is finished waiting while they let these pirates destroy our equipment.

Repeaters around here, as soon as people take the time/effort there are always some idiots that find it amusing to key out conversations. These operators surely are not licensed. Clean up needed

I think you will find the majority are indeed licensed. Not all of them are foundation holders either

This is my local repeater and had been plagued by pirates for this reason GB3PZ has got extremely quiet.

My comments are that, i can not continue to monitor GB3PZ at my home, because i want my children to be invalid in Ham radio, what goes on on the GB3PZ repeter is the worst example of radio abuse and i can not allow my children to listen to what is utter rubbish. its a great shame GB3PZ has been effected, i understand the main abuser in not a licence holder, however many full licence holders do cause disturbance just because they don't like who's on the radio. its an age old problem.which use to be dealt with in the past. I find it very disappointing that the regulatory authority and enforcement body is not doing the job it's supposed to do.
