I think he paid and suffered for it enough... and sadly he's not done.... i think he should just be left alone the poor man is living this nigthmare just like all the other .. he lost thoses two kids who where friends of his son and one of hos best friend ... he has to live with that lost and the one of the reste of his animal who didnt deserve to die.... he has enough on his plate for the rest of his life the poor man without having more on his shoulder :( leave him be. Let him free

Enough of looking for a scapegoat. If anyone is to blame for the tragic accident it's government and not JC. Accidents happen every day, and it's considered and accident. You don't ruin a person's life because of an ACCIDENT.

This is a horrible story.. a mother that lost 2 kids yes, but also, a man whos gonna lose his life now because of this.. i pray for the people to see that this was an accident. he did not do this.

An accident, yes. His fault? Probably not. However, two beautiful boys lost their lives. If you are the sort of person who believes in accountability, where should this accountability lie, with the snake? My heart goes out to all parties involved in this terrible tragedy, but if you are to assign accountability for the incident, wouldn't Mr. Savoie be the obvious target? Imagine the outrage if there were no effort to assign blame to anyone for this incident. Ultimately, the responsibility for this has to fall on Mr. Savoie, I only hope that the justice system is able to show him as much mercy as possible because of the unfortunate circumstances.
