PWCS Winter Break 2013-2014 Extension

It's so stupid to make us come home from winter break on a thrusday

Please i need more break and all of this america gets harder every year whats happening usa is trying to destroy all of us so yes please extend it

Despite me no longer being affected by this change in the midterm schedule, I fully support the Extension. No student is going to get anything done on a Thursday and Friday after a week and a half of winter break. Give them the full 2 weeks.

Students won't be productive for a Thursday and Friday after break and many will be absent.

Students need this

Half days are a waste of resources, especially around the holiday season. Many families travel, thus students

Many students will be absent due to holiday travel and this will ultimately interfere with instructional time.

This is a great idea. This county will still be over the minutes imposed by state law. And even more, still have 8-9 snowd ays built-in.

This is a reasonable and fair request. As such, it should be taken under serious consideration. Students, teachers, administrators, parents, custodial staff, bus drivers, and other hard working employees for PWCS would be grateful. Leaving this constituency with something positive will go a long, long way.

Please give the half days back to students testing for midterms!

That was one of the first things I thought of when I found out we had no midterms. Not to extend our Christmas break but that I'm gonna miss those halfdays where I could just chill and do nothing and not worry about homework. I think this would be a nice change for this year.

please remove half days from after Christmas weeks and extend the holiday

I agree. I have a son who is being assigned to Korea in a few months and welcome extra time with him and his family.
