The wait times are ridiculous and nobody seems to know how to help when you finally get a person on the line. It is always a runaround.

I am thrilled to see students getting involved in enhancing their collegiate community. Too many students are distracted during the first 4-5 weeks of class - worrying about financial aid. If we expect them to be successful, they must be able to come prepared on DAY 1, not 30 days later after OP checks post! I support these students.

This has been a problem for years...when you know better, you should do better. Technology has changed dramatically, it's time to catch up Prairie View A&M. I'm sure this is not an issue at Texas A&M.

Made a 4.0 twice and a 3.5 twice, was told I'd get a scholarship and never did. Then recently I drove an hour to get out there bc they said I had to. They claimed I didn't turn in my stuff only to go heck and see it there. My time was wasted and no one would answer the phone. It took someone not even in that department to really help me before I got dropped from my nursing classes.
