Puteri harbor has about 20 dogs and 15 cats living on the street and unfinished construction site. Implementing Trap-Neuter-Return(TNR) program will help to control the stray’s population and stop it multiplying.
Together we are urging the developer and the local government to recognize that there is a more humane way of handling the stray’s condition. Under the help of volunteers, local shelter and the real estate developer. We can help our community to become a more environmental friendly and animal friendly space.
