The growth of this petition has created enough pressure to secure a formal meeting with the city council representatives next week. I am currently drafting the proposal documents that outline the specific legislative changes required to enforce stricter animal welfare protections. These documents reflect the primary concerns raised by this community.

they cant speak for themselves so we have to. cruelty is never okay and should be punished hard.
glad someone is finally saying something about this. it gets worse every year and nobody does nothing.

THIS IS HEARTBREAKING. People who hurt animals are monsters and deserve to be locked up for a long time. stop the abuse now!!!!
